At first, he did things like every dentist was supposed to do.
He opened up a bright shiny office, put an ad in the yellow pages,
and began placing small ads in local newspapers. Soon a
trickle of clients began to flow into his office. Yet Paddi
Lund wasn't happy. For one thing, drawing a constant flow of

you are not a referral client, we can not see you but will be happy
to give you the names of some local dentists who will treat you."
