someone pinched the photos from my website!

What would you do if you discovered another website had taken an original photo from your copyrighted website and used it as their own?? without so much as asking.
Last night I discovered that this has happened to me and I am curious to know what my next step might be.

I'm open to all suggestions

It's happened before.

Contact the other person and politely ask them to remove the offending material.

I hope it doesn't go past that point.
