Hello!
I like the above poster seem to be sought out by pregnant women so I have completed my first goal and attending the British Wheel of Yoga Pregnancy Module and hope to set up specific pregnancy classes rather than just integrating them into my lessons.
My next goal is do a Mum and Baby workshop so I can teach my pregnant students after they have had their babies.
Then I would like to get some more private clients. I have only one regular private at the moment, simply because I've been working full time as well as teaching yoga. When I give up work at the end of March I have two potential new privates (fingers crossed) and hope to get a few more.
And finally I want to work more on a gentle personal practice for myself. I suffer from CFS chronic pain and scoliosis so I want to be more gentle with myself, look after myself more.
