There are usually people who need more attention , and they will seek ways to achieve it.

I had a man in class who would proced to do more advanced poses that were safe for him.

One of the things I learned to do, is talk to him before class, not about the class but just acknollege, ask about his life, have a conversation
it seemed to meet his needs,
I still when making adjustments, usually go to him early in the class
So far its working

In the cases described, I seem to recall they all came in late.
