Hello Yoga Dudes and Divas,

What is being stirred up in your world?

It could be positively overwhelming, treading on the unfamiliar or scary barometer or totally whacky and you question “why me?”

At times the stirring is to awaken your intuition, put a twist on your already made up perspective, allow you to face your fears, attempt to challenge all of your being or just fill your spirit with ecstasy.

How do you strike back when life begins to stir everything up to the surface and you must face the darkest or brightest thing you have been hiding from.

This stirring may arise from an event , a conversation, a close relationship, a personal pilgrimage or a sacred contract with God that is requesting immediate alertness and action. You are the Warrior of your dance. When we are forced to face and feel the one thing we may be avoiding or making countless excuses for…..time begins to act like a ticking bomb….1 2 3………

If you do not trust your innate instinct or follow your third eye wisdom, it can end up being too late and the debris is raining down upon you.

Yes it could have been prevented from exploding or this is the moment of your life you finally RISE to the tower of your power and meet your own inner enemy with a sharp fierceness and an unbreaking heart.

Patience becomes sweeter than honey. With unending FAITH you may sail blissfully to new uncharted waters or ride the tiger’s eye of a hurricane but know “this too is just one moment of your life.”

To expand into the vast space of the infinite, you are the master of your destination. Open to the nakedness of your reflection that appears as you, There is no other way but through the inner passage to unending greatness. The warrior repeats its call….Rise up and God’s light will Kiss the deepest part of your soul.

May your best friend become your inner warrior and may you dance through and above all that shows up before you.

Strong Interest in RestoraFlow Teacher Training

Florida empties out during the summer leaving miles of beach, quiet restaurants, and a friendliness and warmth that comes along with the non-pressure atmosphere.

To all those who inquired, Sara has just announced the dates of a four day summer retreat in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The retreat base is literally on the Atlantic Ocean.

I just held my own marketing seminar there this week and everyone loved the hotel and their neighborhood. At the lunch break, people had to decide whether to jump into the pool or the ocean. Tough decision.
