Leaving For Costa Rica

I, along with my mom, am leaving this Thursday for Costa Rica. I am looking forward to this retreat and meeting some of the people who are a part of the community of this site. I am overjoyed that my mom decided to stay longer in Florida and come on this retreat. We plan of taking lots of pictures and will share some with you all when we come back. One of my biggest desires on this retreat is to learn how to surf. I will be attempting to ride any wave I can catch.

Last week I mentioned Russill Paul and the book that he has written. He has put together a Yogic Mystery School online, where people can learn from his enormous resources of knowledge in Sanskrit, Mantra and Chanting. He has been very busy the past few years putting this online School together.

The first Module begins in July. It can be a very in depth course or one can choose to do different modules. After our interview his wife Asha e-mailed me and wanted to extend a special offer to anyone who is interested in signing up for the first course. The word about the school has got out and they are getting a great deal of response. (They have since limited this offer to the first 10 who respond!)

This week I wanted to share a poem that I felt truly inspired by. I was flipping through poetry books looking for that special poem. This is the one that jumped out at me.

I'm doing a marketing seminar the week I return to Florida and then I'm off to Kripalu to do a teacher training with Shiva Rea.

Yes, you read that correctly. Harlan is doing a teacher training.
